In brief
Situation
OPEAZ connects pharmacies, groups and laboratories on one commercial-intelligence platform. The value was real, but each side read it differently, and registration was not consistently translating into active use.
Task
Make one commercial logic legible to all three.
Action
Authored the strategy: three audience value propositions, one brand system, one adoption roadmap.
Result
Delivered, and now in activation: the OPEAZ team building the assets, reviewed against the strategy.
The platform
One platform. Three definitions of value.
- Laboratories
- ROI · sell-out
- Groups
- Retention · leverage
- Pharmacies
- Margin · time
20,500 pharmacies · 94% in a buying group
OPEAZ sits where the pharmacy market connects.

- Status
- Strategy delivered; activation underway with the OPEAZ marketing team
The problem
The platform already created value.
Thousands of pharmacies had signed up, but registration was not consistently translating into active use.
Each stakeholder measured value differently.
The problem wasn’t communication.
It was economic legibility.
Before
Everyone was building the same outcome. No one was reading it end to end.
Each stakeholder understood and optimised its own part of the commercial chain. The end-to-end value loop was not being read as one connected economic system.

Recommendation
Build one shared economic logic.
Not one message. One definition of value.
Then translated into each audience’s commercial language.
Each stakeholder kept its own language. The strategy aligned the economic logic beneath it.
The deliverable wasn’t a campaign. It was a commercial architecture for adoption, designed to be executed.
